Romanza
Interior Design wins The Nationals 2001 Gold Award for
Best Interior Merchandising Over $1,000,000
(Naples and Orlando) Romanza Interior Design received the prestigious
National Sales and Marketing Gold Award (The Nationals) for
Best Interior Merchandising of a Model with an average sale
price of over $1 million at the 2001 International Builders
Show in Atlanta, GA. In fact, Romanza was the only Florida design
firm to win a Gold Award at this important event. According
to the firms director of sales and marketing, Jill Cotton,
Romanza is proud that our efforts are being recognized
on a national level.
The award-winning project is the Windward Model located in the
Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs, FL. The builder is London
Bay Homes and the architect is The Sater Group, both headquartered
in Naples, FL. The Windward Model was designed by two of Romanzas
Senior Designers, Natalie Manrique and Aaron Nies and features
a Caribbean flair. The relaxing island theme is highlighted
in the outdoor living area, which includes a cozy fireplace
and a spacious summer kitchen. All the furnishings and fabrics
in the home were selected to contrast with the dynamic wooden
ceiling details and stone materials, such as apricot gold saturina
and coral pebble tumbled marble accents.
Romanza Interior Design specializes in high-end interior design,
interior detailing, luxury models, custom residential and commercial.
Their work can be found across the country, including Central
Florida, South Florida, Colorado and Texas. |
