Specify
mouldings, trim and all other millwork. |

Specify
front and interior doors and associated hardware. |

Provide
conceptual design, specifications and finishes for kitchen cabinets,
bath cabinets/vanities and all custom built-ins. |

Specify
marble and tile details on all vertical surfaces. |

Propose
and present a comprehensive furniture layout and color scheme
involving fabrics, wallcoverings, and paint. |

Propose
design and specifications for operable and non-operable window
treatments. |

Specify
interior and exterior decorative lighting fixtures. |

Specify
plumbing fixtures and hardware. |

Coordination
of exterior specifications such as roof tile, driveway, pool
deck, garage doors, and window colors. |

Propose
specialty wall and ceiling finishes and their locations. |
| • |
Select
and supervise the installation of live plants, trees, florals
and silk plants. |

Procure
all furnishings, materials, custom built-ins, accessories, fixtures,
wall coverings, and window treatments. |

Verify
and coordinate design elements on site with the client and builder
as required. |
