DESIGN AGREEMENT
This is an hourly design services agreement for time spent assisting you in selecting all of the finishes for the home.
PURCHASING AGREEMENT
This is billed on a cost plus basis with all time spent by our team included in the markup. You’ll benefit from the cost-savings of our wholesale buying abilities.
