Design Director Raul Garnil has been creating inspiring home designs for more than 30 years. A member of the London Bay Homes team for 14 years, Garnil was awarded the Gold Award for Best Interior Design of a Custom Home by the National Association of Home Builders.
Responsible for structural design and conceptual plan development for new residential models and custom plans, Garnil turns clients’ dreams into visual reality. Garnil is also responsible for directing and coordinating interior details for London Bay Homes' award-winning homes.
A native of Cuba, Garnil lived in Spain and attended Universidad de Madrid. In 1977, he earned his bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Miami. Garnil has served as project manager for Marriott Hotels and was previously the design director for a multinational high end furniture manufacturer, designing furniture for both hotels and high end residential projects throughout Latin America, Spain, and the US.
