European white oak and 40-by-40-inch porcelain tile flooring ground the home with organic appeal, while polished surfaces, lacquered cabinetry and ribbed tambour accents add visual contrast and shine.

Stevens layered in unique design elements, like horizontal walnut panels with bronze channels at the foyer, a three-sided smoked glass display in the kitchen and a textural charcoal wallcovering behind the bed in the primary suite. The great room’s built-in media wall incorporates illuminated niches and a mix of open and closed storage, while a sculptural desk in the study complements a Poliform wall system with leather accents and integrated bar.

“We introduced a chat area between the living room and kitchen, designed for easy conversation or cocktails by the bar,” she said. “The thoughtful placement reflects how people actually gather.”

The kitchen offers drama and functionality with Calacatta Luxe marble, high-gloss white lacquered cabinets and an extended island with a warm elm base and built-in table. Appliances include Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele, with a steam oven, refrigerated drawers and a hidden butler’s pantry that keeps entertaining seamless.

More than 1,700 square feet of alfresco spaces blur the line between indoors and out, from the covered pavilion with dining for eight to the summer kitchen and guest cabana with a morning bar. Curved outdoor furniture mirrors interior silhouettes, and a secluded cigar deck and raised sun platform with an oval daybed add moments of serenity and retreat.

“You look outside and have warm taupe tones that pull in the richness and texture from the inside,” Stevens said. “The outdoor kitchen is a nice lounge area for watching games and hanging out by the pool. It all feels connected.”

The master suite is designed as a private sanctuary, featuring a boutique-style walk-in closet with smoked glass, integrated lighting and custom Poliform organization. The bathroom includes dual walnut vanities with Caesarstone waterfall counters, a freestanding tub and polished gold hardware for a refined, opulent touch.

“I always like the master bedroom to be quiet and inviting,” said Stevens. “It should be a place where you shut the door and think, ‘I’m in my retreat now.’”

Upstairs, a cozy lounge nook, second-floor loft and guest suites continue the thoughtful design with layered neutrals, soft blues and tailored black-and-white accents. A 200-square-foot covered balcony provides a quiet perch to enjoy long pool views and Gulf breezes.
