Gliwski said the Pembrook’s clean-lined classic design has a contemporary look complemented with a cool, elegant palette.
Throughout the home, soft neutral backdrops of alabaster and dove gray are accented with slate gray and jewel tones. A variety of wood finishes mix with gleaming nickel, chrome and mirrored surfaces.

The great room opens to a covered terrace, while the bonus room’s zero-corner pocket sliders flow to a wraparound alfresco space offering living and dining areas and an outdoor kitchen. A lavish pool and spa created by London Bay’s Acquatico pool design company features a Silver Pearl interior accented with a Lunada Bay glass mosaic waterline tile in shades of greens and blues.
The gourmet-inspired kitchen offers a six-burner cooktop, a built-in microwave and oven tower. Alabaster painted cabinetry with recessed paneled doors and a slate gray-stained grand island are both topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist and complemented with a brick pattern stone mosaic backsplash in shades of white, gray and charcoal.
The great room media wall has a horizontal board and batten treatment with an alabaster semi-gloss painted finish. Crown molding and tray ceilings grace the great room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
A door in the master bedroom opens to the sun deck. The master suite also will offer two walk-in closets and a bath with a custom dove gray finish recessed paneled-door vanity topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist, and an Imperial Pearl stone floor. A freestanding tub and a dramatic glass shower enclosure with only partial walls on either side elevate the bath to spa-like status.
On the opposite side of the home, the Pembrook’s two guest rooms feature en suite baths and walk-in closets.
Enhanced architectural styling details enhance the three-car garage home, including decorative brackets, rafter tails, lap siding, hipped roofs with flat tiles, and crisp window proportion.
