London Bay’s Pembrook model now open at The Founders Club

The Pembrook, London Bay Homes’ newest single-family model home, is now open for viewing at The Founders Club.

Featuring 3,560 square feet of living space, The Pembrook showcases London Bay’s latest architectural designs, which include a sun deck off the master suite, expanded outdoor features and a welcoming larger front porch. The three-car-garage home also includes enhanced architectural styling details such as decorative brackets, rafter tails, lap siding, hipped roofs with flat tiles and crisp window proportion. Located on almost a half-acre, The Pembrook overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.–designed championship golf course.

Interiors by Luann Powers Gliwski of award-winning Romanza Interior Design create the feeling of a coastal retreat inside the three-bedroom and four-bath home. Soft neutral backdrops of alabaster and dove gray are accented with slate gray and jewel tones, while a variety of wood finishes mixes with gleaming nickel, chrome and mirrored surfaces.

An open floor plan provides for an easy flow between the great room, kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner cooktop and built-in microwave and oven tower. Alabaster painted cabinetry with recessed paneled doors and a large slate gray–stained island are both topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist countertops. A brick-pattern stone mosaic backsplash in shades of white, gray and charcoal ties everything together.

Crown molding and tray ceilings add sophisticated style to the great room, dining room and kitchen, while hand-scraped and wire-brushed oak flooring in a gray mist finish complements the cool, elegant color palette. A horizontal board and batten treatment with an alabaster semi-gloss painted finish accents the great room media wall. The home also features a study and bonus room for individual homebuyer customization.

Multiple boundary-blurring pocket sliding glass doors blend indoor and outdoor spaces, with the great room opening to a covered terrace. The bonus room’s zero-corner pocket sliders flow to a wraparound alfresco space, which offers living and dining areas and an outdoor kitchen. A lavish custom pool and spa features a silver pearl interior accented with a Lunada Bay glass mosaic waterline tile in shades of green and blue.

The master suite offers a door that opens to the sun deck, two walk-in closets and a bath with a custom dove gray–finish, recessed paneled–door vanity topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist counters. An Imperial Pearl stone floor, freestanding tub and dramatic glass shower enclosure with only partial walls on either side elevate the bath to spa-like status. On the opposite side of the home, The Pembrook’s two guest rooms feature en suite baths and walk-in closets.

Priced at $1.99 million, The Pembrook is open for viewing through The Founders Club Sales Center.
